Senator Daphne Wohl was elected into office in 2004, her first term in office for the wonderful state of Wisconsin. She attended Wisconsin University, and later attended Harvard Law School and passed the bar in 1995. She is known for her campaign against capital punishment and junior lawyers for human rights program (JLHR).
Family life:
She lives with her husband (Shaggy), son (Freddie), and dog named Scooby. She was born in 1965 to Mr. Russ and Mrs. Velma Wohl.

Sec 2. FUNDING FOR CAPITAL REPRESENTATION PROGRAM
1) Providing grants to states for separate representation program a. Representing death row cases Sec 3. PROGRAMS 1) Programs must monitor history and experiences of lawyers a. Aiming for: i. Lawyers who have passed the bar and tests ii. Lawyers with (years of) experience iii. Lawyers specially trained in capital punishment cases and courts iv. Lawyers with no (or reformed) previous ‘marks’ of penalty
